We offer a 28 day return / exchange policy from the date of delivery. Any returns made after this period will be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. We only offer refunds on full priced items, sale/ clearance items can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.
The Sans Pareil Clothing return/exchange policy does not cover the following:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or accidents
- If product care instructions are not followed
- Discontinued items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been washed
- The product has a distinct smell
- The product is returned with animal or human hair
- The product is without its original packaging - Tags or polybag*
- Headwear or underwear cannot be returned for an exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.

Cancel Order (if applicable)
If you change your mind after placing an order, you have a 3-hour window to cancel it by sending an email to our support team at email@example.com Please notify us within this timeframe to be eligible for cancellation.
If more than 3 hours have elapsed, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel your order, and you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Start your return
To begin your return or swap follow these steps:
1. Open the Returns Portal here
2. Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
4. Select if you would like to Return, Swap or take a Store Credit for each of your items
5. We are offering a 15% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether
6. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value.This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0
7. Please make sure to download our returns form here and put this inside the returns parcel (so we can identify this is from you)
8. Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns. You will be responsible for coving the cost of the return, unless your item has been deemed damaged or defective in which you will need to upload evidence via the returns portal within 7 days of receiving the item.
9. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that!
10. Once we have your parcel back at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 14 working days.
Refunds (if approved) will reflect in the account of your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Please note - all parcels returned for a refund will subject to a £2 admin & processing fee which will be deducted from your original refund.
Any items that have not followed our policy will be refused a refund or exchange .
Any items that have been sent back without an order number or name inside the parcel will not be granted a refund. Our team must be able to identify the parcel of who it has come from, in order to process your return.
