We offer a 28 day return / exchange policy from the date of delivery. Any returns made after this period will be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. We only offer refunds on full priced items, sale/ clearance items can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.
The Sans Pareil Clothing return/exchange policy does not cover the following:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or accidents
- If product care instructions are not followed
- Discontinued items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been washed
- The product has a distinct smell
- The product is returned with animal or human hair
- The product is without its original packaging - Tags or polybag*
- Headwear or underwear cannot be returned for an exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
- To start your return, head to our returns portal Click here (you’ll need your order number to hand #).
- Select what items you’d like to return and your reason for return. This helps us improve our experience and products.
- Please make sure to include a note inside the returns parcel, with your order number and order name (so we can identify this is from you)
- Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns. You will be responsible for coving the cost of the return, unless your item has been deemed damaged or defective.
- Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point.
- Once we have your parcel back at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds (if approved) will reflect in the account of your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Please note - all parcels returned for a refund will subject to a £2 admin & processing fee which will be deducted from your original refund.
